Pirates of the Caribbean

Johnny Depp is back as the world's favourite pirate, Jack Sparrow. In the fourth Pirates film, Jack meets Angelica, a woman from his past, played by Penelope Cruz. He is not sure if she loves him or i she wants to find the Fountain of Youth. When Angelica takes Jack onto pirate Blackbeard's ship, Jack goes on another adventure. But who should he fear: Blackberad or Angelica?

In Time

I magine a future where you pay for things with time, not money. That's what happens in this action-trhiller. To live beyond the age 25, people must work to earn time. A poor man, Will Salas ( Justin Timberlake ), is accused of murdering a rich man to steal his time. Can Will escape from the police?

Writing

The animal in this photo is polar bear. Polar bears live in the Artic, Canada, Russia, Greenland and Norway. They live and hunt on the ice.

Polar bears usually eat seals. Adult polar bears are 750 kilos. They can swim more than 150 kilometres. The Artic ice is smaller because the climate is changing.

Females have two clubs every four or five years. Pollution is a problem, especially oil. Humans hunt polar bears in some areas.

Selena Gomez - Magazine

Selena Gomez is only 19 years old, but she has been in lots of films and TV shows. You might know her from the series Wizards of Waverly Place, or her two most recent films, Ramona and Beezus and Monte Carlo. 

Early in her career, Selena played small roles. She started acting at age seven and was discovered by the Disney Channel in 2004, when she was 12 years old. She had a role in Hannah Montana, and joumalists called

her the next Miley Cyrus. 

A special day

In June 24th, we celebrate every year Saint Joan. In this day, we launch firecrackers at night. People sometimes, hang out whit their friends to have fun. In my house we do it as a family. I like it because I spend time with my family. 

A report

In my class there are 21 people. Most people are frome Catalonia. ne person is from Asia, and 2-3 form Africa. 

In my school we study Catalan, Spanish and English. My friends speak Catalan, Spanish, Englis, Italian and Sarajule.

My English level is on, I think I get good grades. I would like to improve grammar, for me is very difficult.

On page 30, I tinj the exercises are very useful.

A town

Banyoles is a town with 17.000 habitants. This town is in Spain. Banyoles has a lot of tourism. I like this town because it has a beautiful lake and a beautiful landscape. My favourite place is ''Plaça Major''. This place has many shops.

In Banyoles there are buses to go to Girona, Olot, Barcelona... I love Banyoles, it's also  very quiet.
